Law of Attraction and Job Hunting

Law of Attraction and Job Hunting

Use the law of attraction and positive thinking to help you find the best job for you. Here are some tips to help you with your job hunting using the power of the laws of the universe to guide you.

Remember that Like Attracts Like

Remember that Like Attracts Like

According to the law of attraction, like attracts like, meaning that you attract the kinds of things that you are thinking about. Therefore, the first step in successful job hunting is to start thinking and daydreaming about your dream job rather than focussing on what you don’t like about your current job or situation.

Make a vision board

Make a vision board

Collect photos and images from magazines that represent how you wish your life to be. Make a collage with these pictures and imagine yourself enjoying all of these benefits of your new job. For example, add a picture of a director’s chair, an image of your bank account as you would like it to be, the view from your workplace and so on.

Mantras

Mantras

Choose a couple of mantras that keep you on track when job hunting, such as: “I’m on the path to the perfect job for me;” “Things are always working out for me;” or “When I am happy, my perfect job will come.” The idea is that when you are happy and vibrating on a higher frequency, you can allow the things you want to manifest into your reality.

Celebrate Progress (no matter how small)

Celebrate Progress (no matter how small)

Remember to celebrate each step forward that you make. Even when you don’t get the job after attending an interview, celebrate the fact that you got an interview. Also celebrate finding a description of your dream job, as at least you know there is potential out there.

Follow up leads from contacts

The law of attraction can work in mysterious ways, so it is always worthwhile following up on contacts even when you think that the job or prospect is not right for you. You never know who you might meet or what piece of information you might receive to help you find the perfect job.
